(hugs) Are you being regulated by an endocrinologist regularly?

I would start with tracking your food. The majority of your weight loss progress is going to come from diet, not exercise. When you say "the more you try to lose, the more you put on", were you tracking your food? How many calories were you consuming (on average) compared to your SparkPeople recommended calorie and nutrient ranges?

Even if you can't exercise as much as you'd like, you can still lose consistently if you're careful with what you're eating.

Does any one have some tips for losing weight as I have hip dysplasia in both hips with osteoarthritis and can't walk very well, waiting for hip replacements, on hrt and have an underactive thyroid. The more I try to lose weight the more I put on :(
