These things happen. The important thing is to NOT let this be a downward trend or a regular thing. The longer ones stays off track the easier it is for them to just give up. So being off a couple days or even a couple weeks(vacations) is not a big deal unless one uses them as excuses to totally give up. Keep the faith.

Don't beat yourself up if you aren't perfect. :) We all have off days. Just think of them as extended rest days. ;) Sometimes, not exercising is good for you!

I have not exercised in two days! It's normal for me to not go one day...but two days...I never intended on two. I got totally side tracked last night dealing with family plan was to hit the treadmill..then I wanted to walk outside...then it got too late. I feel so bad. I need a confessional! :) Won't be able to do much tonight either, as I am going out to dinner. Better luck tomorrow and the weekend! Any suggestions on what I can do while in the my cube?
