Thanks everyone. Trying to keep in perspective that 1 meal in 21 over the course of a week is not a deal breaker. Took it easy today, but back to the gym tomorrow. I knew these days were coming, I just didn't like that one happened so soon into my reboot.

One overindulgent meal or one days' worth of less than healthy eating WILL NOT make or break your healthy life style. If you were to eat right five out of seven days this week, you're still doing better than the average American.

Stop trying to be perfect. You don't have to be perfect to be healthy. A dinner out, cup cake, beer, french fries, candy, etc. CAN all be a part of a healthy lifestyle as long as you are mindful of the portion size. And if you weren't too mindful, that doesn't make you a bad person or an unhealthy one.

No need for any GUILT. You didn't do anything wrong. What to do today ? You eat normally. You don't cut your calories to compensate and you don't kill yourself in the gym either. Both imply that you should be punished for eating too much. Well, you didn't do anything wrong. That's why you eat normally today.

We are all human! One night out isn't going to make or break anyones' weight loss.

It's what happens over the long haul. Just start doing what you did before the pub and things will balance out. I have restarted oh so many times, but each time I am starting over from a better place!

Don't feel guilty!!!!!!!!!! Life happens.

Hubby wanted to go to a brew pub for dinner. It's been weeks since we've gone out. Sadly, two beers later and some fried food, I totally blew my nutrition goals for the day. Suggestions for keeping on track tomorrow?
