SparkPeople has great tools with Nutrition Tracker to keep up with calories and fat grams as well as cholesterol in your diet and it has some great articles and videos to help you figure out what need to do to improve your diet and lifestyle. Also, the main fitness page has lots of help to get you started on exercises and the My Fitness Tracker will keep up with it all for you. There are tools to help stay motivated too like the inspirational Motivator Spark Pages. So
