I agree with the previous post - light exercise makes me feel much better. Try to take a walk around the neighborhood or around the mall! And don't be too hard on yourself! We all have those days!

I actually find a good workout helps to relieve some of those PMS related symptoms. So, whenever you're feeling blah, go put on your gyms clothes and go have a workout. You might be surprized how much better you'll feel after a good workout or even a walk around the neighborhood.
One day every now and then is fine, give yourself a break! Rest up and recharge!

Thank you Doreen. The good news is I know exactly how long it will last. I didn't exercise yesterday or today and I may be lazy tomorrow though might not because it's suppose to be absolutely gorgeous weather for January and I might get out and walk. I figure by Wed the worst will be past and I will start fresh in February although I'm sad to have blown my 28 day streak.
