Hello all, I am back again, still trying to figure this thing out. I am still diabetic (type 2), still have HBP and high choleserol, but I am finding the motivation to get up and get moving. Looking for friends that can encourage me and motivate me to keep consistent. The hardest thing for me is tracking everything. I should do much better now because I have the app opened at all times on my phone!!!
