Personally, the entire month of March up until today I had been eating terribly, and not tracking it consistently (And I was 5 pounds away from losing my 100th pound
I reset my sparkpage about 4 times, and last Sunday I reset it and vowed to write down EVERYTHING regardless of the damage. Today was the first day in a while that I've actually stayed within my calorie range (and have gone to the gym ).
Start small maybe? Just continue as normal with eating, but track everything. Once you know your average totals, you can make adjustments from there.
You can do it! We all lose and regain weight. Don't be hard on yourself!
