I am on my second round at spark and so glad to be back. The first round I sabotaged with mania and trying too hard. This time I am approaching it more carefully which is not difficult since I am now in a depression cycle. My meds and symptoms have to be balanced with my fitness program. Meds often make me eat. So...I just keep trying. Doing better! Have still retained 9 lbs lost from summer fitness round. Have reduced by weight goal by half, which is much less daunting. I think I can lose 35 pounds in eight months. Am now sparking 5 seconds a day in prayer and 5 minutes a day in dance in the house, and logging in to spark coach each day,and tracking calories. That much I can handle. sarah
