Hi, I joined Spark a couple of years ago and managed to lose about 7 Kg (around 16 lbs approx.) but got them all back and more... A mix of stress and loss of interest made me get back an extra 4 kg (10 lbs...) I am a 54 year old female and wasw doing quite a lot of sports, mainly biking and running with some swimming into it as well, but I haven't been able to exercise for the past three months due to an injury, so now I am not only overweight, but also basically back to zero in the exercise department! I would like to lose 14 kg (around 32 lbs) in the next year or year and a half, through both diet and exercise. Unfortunately, I have a very very very stressful life (did I say VERY often eough? LOL) due to personal financial and changing life problems (changing life being a exact term, since most likely I will change countries in the next few months, meaning moving from Europe to North America) I feel uncomfortable with my body right now, I have lost all confidence and don't feel sexy anymore. I hope I can keep up with this now, though I feel quite lost rigth now... Help!!!
