I have done workouts on the stairs when I'm in a hotel or swim laps if the hotel has a pool. Even if the pool is small you can just swim more laps.

See if the hotel has a gym. If so, you can use it. If it has a pool, use it (swim a few laps if possible, get in the deep end and tread water). If the hotel is in a pretty safe area, go for a run or a walk.
Are you a returning student? If so, then you should be able to use the gym at your school.
do you have a bike that you can take with you? Or can you rent one for the week every once in a while?

I have a month before I need to go back to school... I travel to go there its almost 3 hours away but This time I'm there for almost the entire week. So unless I can find a cheap gym around the area im staying at in tampa I need some body workout ideas with very little equipment.
I already have the food things down so I dont eat out as much as i used to
