Good afternoon to all. It has been a couple long years since I have worked my program. Of coarse my first time around I did great. I lost 86 lbs. Then I turned around and put 60 lbs back on,so here I am starting all over. As of today I am down a little over 5 lbs. This time I am taking a whole different approach #1 I am not calling this a diet, I am calling it my life change. The beginning of a new journey. I had to realize that it is not about dieting it is all about changing old habits. So I decided to try Atkins. Growing up I watched my mother go from over 400lbs down to 150 lbs in only 1 year. So I know it works. I have tried everything in the past....from pills to laxatives to binging and purging, You name it I've done it. Not this time. I'm going to take it nice and slow and do it as healthy as possible and with lots of exercise.
