welcome back to spark!! I did the same thing, the slowly going away and then came back to spark. After coming back, I was able to reach my goal weight using the tools here as well as gaining support from members of the spark community.

You have made a sparkpage but you have made it private - consider changing it to public allowing members to come to it and post an encouraging message to you

Don't forget to participate on all the groups you have joined - lots of encouragement there

I lost 40 lbs from 218 to 178 and one of the major contributing factors was sparkpeople.com.

I have gained a few lbs back over the last year when in reality I wanted to lose a little more before I started working on some muscle gain.

One thing I've found is that just tracking my food on this website keeps me more honest than anything else I try to stay motivated - and I'm betting being at least somewhat active in the Spark community this time around will help even more. So I'm back here hoping to finish what I started, and absolutely not slip back to how I used to be. Thanks sparkpeople!
