I agree with the previous poster. Because of your medical issues, your doctor is the best person to advise you on what exercises are safe and what you should avoid.

You know, I'm finally ready to be serious, but I've had sciatica for 2 weeks. I also have two perforated discs. Did the prednisone taper off thing...it helped but it's back. I would love to be able to do back exercises to relieve it but I look at the ones on Youtube and think, "um, yeah and who is going to get me up off the floor after this?" I take care of my elderly Dad so I have nobody...if I get on the floor, I don't see myself getting up!! Thoughts???
