You know, I'm finally ready to be serious, but I've had sciatica for 2 weeks. I also have two perforated discs. Did the prednisone taper off thing...it helped but it's back. I would love to be able to do back exercises to relieve it but I look at the ones on Youtube and think, "um, yeah and who is going to get me up off the floor after this?" I take care of my elderly Dad so I have nobody...if I get on the floor, I don't see myself getting up!! Thoughts???
