Great job getting back on track! I fell off too right before the winter holidays and found my way back several weeks ago. I recommit to my goals every day by deciding to not quit and never give up. It is a determined decision I make every day for myself.

Started back on SP a week ago today. I was weighing in since the first of July....300lbs again. Made me sick! I'm down 16lbs in 4wks! yeah me! God Bless and always remember...You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you! Kiss Kiss Kitty
