As you know there are a lot of tools and resources available here to help us on our journey; my favorites are the fitness and nutrition trackers because the keep me on track and accountable every day. that wagon is a rough road. Fallen off many a time. I have been 440 pounds, down to 160 and everything in between. Right now at 260 so 100 pounds to go. Seems a lot, but I am encouraged with the help of the good people of sparks. They helped me before and we can do it again! Good luck to you and if you need anything just send me a post.

Hello, Like some people, I fell off the wagon for many different reasons, but I realized that is not an excuse. I picked myself up, dusted off and am ready to start again. . Since I fell so far back I am completely starting over. . I need all the help and support I can get. I live alone (except for my cats) and I tend to get lazy. My cats won't tell me to get back on track they just want food, water and some loving. Thank you.
