emoticon Welcome back to Spark. You have taken the an important step on your journey by returning!
I've been a member a little more than two years. I made fantastic progress and lost 100 pounds in the first year BUT I became careless about nutrition and exercise and have gained 30 back! I became disgusted with myself and closed my Spark account, but soon realized I NEEDED to be here. I'm back using the nutrition and exercise trackers now - they are so important. The sense of community and the friendships I have made here keep me going!
Explore the site, make your Sparkpage, join teams, and make friends. You will find this site an amazing place full of encouragement, inspiration, advice, and support.

Hi Grace, I am Ana from Brazil, but now I am living in Louisiana. I was using SparkPeople but unfortunately like you I have started and quit a lot of times and I can't do that anymore. I am so overweight and I just want to be healthy and if possible become a mom. I am looking for support and encouragement too. We are in the same journey , I hope we can contact with other because is so much easier when we have friends to push us and keep us on track.

Hi. I'm Grace from Texas and am a returning member to SparkPeople. I'm looking for support and encouragment to continue on this journey to health. I also want to be a source of enouragement and support for others. I have a lot of weight to lose and know it's going to take a while but I am commited to not quitting ever again. I've started and quit so many times in the past but quitting is not an option. I'm not getting any younger and would really love to be around to retire with my husband and dance at my grandchildren's weddings. I'm looking forward to being a part of the SparkPeople team.
