Making yourself a priority is important. Excellent plan to prepare meals when you have the time so you can eat them when you have none.
Don't forget that exercise, even done in 10 minute increments, adds up over the day. Walking is a great exercise and counts as much as anything else you can do. Maybe you could march in place during commercial breaks when you watch tv to relax in the evening? Or do a set of crunches or push-ups instead.
Little bits and pieces add up and you are totally worth it!
