I like your resolve! emoticon Making yourself a priority is important. Excellent plan to prepare meals when you have the time so you can eat them when you have none.
Don't forget that exercise, even done in 10 minute increments, adds up over the day. Walking is a great exercise and counts as much as anything else you can do. Maybe you could march in place during commercial breaks when you watch tv to relax in the evening? Or do a set of crunches or push-ups instead.
Little bits and pieces add up and you are totally worth it!

I fell off the bandwagon for a couple of weeks and now I am starting again. The problem for me is that I work a lot as well as going to school so my time is limited and eating healthy is so much more expensive. Then when I finally get home I am starving and too tired to exercise. But I refuse to lose so I am going to prepare meals ahead of time, try to exercise at least 3 times a week and pray fro strength. Any motivation you guys can give me would be great. I so need a workout buddy but if I can't find one I am still heading full force. Good luck my sparkpeople! We can do it!
