Welcome back! It sounds like you are already on track- get back to your healthy eating and working out. I know I tend to crave salad if there wasn't a lot of healthy food available on vacation, so I always like to have salads for a couple days to get back on track! You're going to do it- you're already jumping right back in!

I am back and back with my coaching today. I ate more sweets on my vacation than I am used to and being with relatives and having meals out so much was a challenge. I did the best I could but I still am worried about weighing myself next Monday. Any encouragement you can give me to get back to discipline would be helpful. I am going to Zumba with a friend today and have my food planned today. I need to remember that getting back on track when I waver is what it is all about. I have lost 27 pounds and I don't plan on ever gaining it back. It feels too good to have that gone. 30 more pounds to go and looking forward to being a Zumba instructor with a "Rockin" Body". Love the encouragement on this site.
