Did you have a good time ! If so, try not to worry. What you do is go back to your normal eating habits. Make sure you eat your 6-9 servings of fresh fruit and veggies. Watch your portion sizes and drink plenty of water. If you feel totally out of sorts, then start with simple changes first. If drinking 8 glasses of water is too much, then drink 2-4 glasses.
Take baby steps literally and figuratively. You don't have to deprive yourself to be healthy. Spark People has never been about deprivation. It's all about moderation and portion control. So, don't worry. Take this slowly and you'll be back to routine before you know it.

Just got back from vacation...DId not gain anything but did not lose anything either.....I need to help on detoxing this junk out of my body from eating so rich and processed here and there over the past 2 weeks! To catch back up on my weight loss should I do a phase 1 of any diet to kinda get back on track?????? WOuld like any suggestions!!! I feel gross and everything I am eating is making me terribly sick now(i have ibs too)....I am snacking on toast and thats it! :(
