Thanks! Almost through Day 2 and still going strong. Wish that I could remember during my "out of control" times how great it feels to eat healthy and feel hopeful.

Hi everyone! Not new to SparkPeople or to the weight loss struggle. My biggest clothes are getting tight (again) and it's time to take it on. Feeling committed this time...for the first time, I posted a profile pic and created a ticker. I'm hoping that by providing support to everyone else, I'll motivate myself. Wish me luck!!
