I have lost and regained the same 8 pounds about 3 times in the past 6 years. I am serious this time and I want to go lower than I have been in the past 12 years. It's only 15 pounds, but it's not easy. After about 3 weeks on Sparkpeople, I have lost about 4 pounds and feeling much better. My back doesn't hurt anymore and my clothes fit better. The trick has been to cut out the afternoon 500 calorie snacking! Now, I just have to keep on plugging away....
