Proud of you!!! I just found my way back again as well, and I am making much, much better choices and tracking my food in a brutally honest manner :) Your family seems like a wonderful support system.

Well this is like my 2nd time coming back and this time I have learned my lesson. Doing things different already. Before by my third day I would stop tracking food and exercise, now I am still doing both and have already added a recipe in the Sparkrecipes. I have more motivation b/c my family is totally behind me this time and I'm excited about losing the weight..... this time! :)
