I've been a member of sparkpeople on and off for several years. My diet and fitness history sort of ebb and flow. I was reading old letters I wrote 20 years ago and realized it was going on even back then. Trying to find time and energy to work out and eat right, a constant changing goal. I'm Melissa. A very tired single parent, working full-time and 20 lbs overweight. There have been some great changes to sparkpeople since I was here last. Hoping to find lasting motivation.
