Welcome back! Widowhood is tough and few of us have anyone our age with whom we can talk. I was widowed at age 45 and the only person that I knew who had been widowed was my grandmother.
Now it is time for "you". Let me know if I can help.

Wow, you've been through a lot. Good for you for finding your way back here.
hello, my name is Tracy, I just turned 41. I have a 20 y/o daughter that is married, a son that is 15 and another daughter that is 14. We have a 14 y/o golden retriever mix, an 11 y/o cat, 2 guinea pigs and a fish.
I was here 4 years ago and lost about 40 lbs, but the last 17 months have been very terrible and I have re-gained about 25 to 30 lbs. Oct 2012 I was laid off, I was one of around 120. Jan 2013 I lost my father to cancer. May 2013 I lost my husband to heart attack.
After my husband passed I went about 2 months having to force feed myself because I had a very hard time eating or drinking anything and keeping it down, then once I started eating again it was mostly junk food and then it got to the point where I was over eating, and when I am bored and lonely I eat.
Today I am starting this again, I will do it again.
