Hi. I am a 59 year old who wants to become stronger physically and emotionally before I reach 60. I used to be persistent, was able to run and exercise daily. I do not know what happened to my strength and persistence. I dream to be a runner, but only dream and cannot motivate myself to start. About 3 years ago I was running 20 miles a week. I broke my ankle and was never able to find motivation to restart my running. I am physically health and have no problems to run other than lack of motivation and persistence. I have joined Spark people 4 times before but never made use of the community help and after about 1 to 2 months always gave up. This time I want to successes and need your help. Fiona
