Hi there i am 69 years old.If your insurance will help with the Y it also helps with Curves. i loved that and I only gave it up when they closed my Curves and the other one was 20 miles away. i did not want to go so far.
If you look around thrift stores you can find DVD's that you can walk with at home I use Leslie Sansonne. and i love it. We have a foot of snow outside so I will walk for an hour with Leslie Sansonne.
If you are feeling depressed you might consider talking to a Dr and get some antidepressants.
I find when I exercise I feel so much better . Go for it. Set up your tracker for your nutrition and start to walk outside or in place for 5 minutes and add 5 more when you feel like it. Try to get up to 30 minutes and stay there for a while then try to do even more. You can do it and it will do you good.
