Hi there keep the "squats" going you can do it might be hard but you will do it give yourself a pat on the bac & be proud thats what I do every time I finish my exercise give my self a pat on the bac shoulder I am very proud of myself staying on track for several months & staying away from sodas I need to start walking my miles again also emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Hi I'm back,
As I look around spark I see new things. I'm excited to get #backontrack ! I need motivation! I started do a 30 day squat challenge and I'm on day 3 @ 60 squats! I'm sore and proud of myself! Just a hello and hope to hear from you...
