Agree with Jen. You try to work through the pain and you might extend it. I think that I extended the length of time it took to heal a groin strain by trying to work through it. Take the time now so you don't have to take more later.

The majority of your weight loss progress is going to come from what you're eating, not exercise. So even if you can't exercise as much as you'd like, you should still be able to lose weight if you're careful with what you're eating.

I am just worried because I feel like I have had too many setbacks as is lately. I have been stuck at a weight Plateau for 3 months!

My advice would be to rest and not try to push through the pain. If the pain continues or gets worse, I'd suggest getting it checked out by your doctor. That way you can be sure you don't cause further problems.

I hurt my lower back.
I still need to fit in my Cardio today.
