I joined Spark People over a year ago, and was also attending WW meetings. At my best, I had a loss of 41 lbs - but life got in the way. This past summer, both of my parents were diagnosed with cancer, and as an only child, I spent many days on the road and sitting in hospitals. At the end of September, my dad passed away. In June I let my WW membership lapse as I just didn't seem to have the time to attend meetings - I thought I would just do it on my own. We all know how that works - I need more accountability than that gives me. Yesterday, I got up, had a good healthy breakfast, made my lunch for work and started my day. Had a really good day - food wise. No exercise though. Hopefully today will include some exercise.
