I have been a member for several years; however, I had to drop for awhile. I have been exercising and logging my food for a couple of months. Recently, I got more serious about it. I had gained back what I had lost, but I am motivated to feel better and improve my health. I have a condition that has caused breathing problem; I am in therapy for my breathing. I am also working outside therapy to lose and get back my strength. Glad to be back!
