I am returning to Spark for the third time. Hopefully the third time IS the charm. I am goalsetting. I am doing some things for me. I am saying "no" more often when I don't want to do something...this one is a biggie! This time I think I hae a realistic goal in mind for my weight loss....I would be happy minus twenty pounds and am willing to re-evaluate after that. I want to maintain a presence in this community(on-line) and hope for some ecouraging words and likewise hope to offer them. Not sure if this is the correct journal space....I have a terrible time navigating these things! So here I am! Back Again! M.
