With all the returns to spark me also there must have been some diet changes that you acquired. I have to have greens in my diet it does not seem like a good day unless I have them. Before I could go days without them now not so much. So even though you are back again there are people here to support and help you. I too have develop asthma induced from exercise but after doing some research I realized that was from a certain chines restaurant.
Went to a gym nearby and because of my age my weight goal has changed. What a wonderful thing to have you fat percentage measured. Scary but wonderful I am trying to think out of the box more.

Welcome back to Sparkpeople! It sounds like you have found the motivation to make some lifestyle changes, which is great. The first thing I would suggest is logging your nutrition and your fitness. Keeping track of what you eat, and staying within your daily calorie limits, will help you lose weight.
I would also recommend that you visit the Videos here on Sparkpeople to find some exercises that will work for you. There are many different videos for people of all levels of fitness and ability.
Best of luck to you on your journey!

Hi, I have been a member here for quite some time. I have been up and down with my weight for many years. I have had many health issues and have almost died several times over the past few years. I now know I not only have asthma (since I was a child) and recently diagnosed with Sarcoidosis. So, my lung complications have become serious. I can't stress my lungs out in anyway at all when doing workouts. So, I have to figure out how to lose this weight the slow and steady diet and some exercise way. I am looking into sitting style exercises, floor ball, and maybe some small weights (5/10lbs). I can't do any laying down on the floor due to back surgery (ruptured disc with crushed nerve root), just over a year ago. So, this has become rather a challenge for me. I have decided to do a like YMCA gym since I can't use my normal gym anymore due to not being able to stress the lungs out. So, any suggestions or ideas on my journey will be greatly appreciated.
I have also, just begun the challenge of watching what I eat, due to having to check blood sugars right now because of medication. So, that is another challenge, but that will end eventually as I am not diabetic except medicine induced. Please anything you guys can suggest, add, help with or just push me into the right direction of finding some much needed help with some of this in how to approach, or deal with these challenges and being able to lose the weight without literally killing myself?
