Hot & savory, all the way! Although if I am under time constraints, I will eat a cold breakfast.

Breakfast for me is also a function of weather. When it's very hot, I love cool power smoothies with kale and spinach + fruit. When it's cold outdoors, I like steel-cut oats. And when the weather isn't a factor, I really love cereal!

It depends on my mood :) Sometimes it is savory, sometimes sweet, sometimes hot and savory, etc etc.

If I do more savory, then I end with an apple and PB so a combo!

Greetings, fellow Sparkers!
How do you like you breakfast? Being Continental European, mine's almost always cold and savoury (bread with vegan spread, tomatoes, café au lait). Weekends I sometimes go slightly English-breakfast style with scrambled eggs, fried tomatoes and tea with milk. But I almost never have anything sweet like porridge or cereal. Or jam on my bread.
How about you?
