I know. I had to be honest and put it out there. I was strong for a minute...then lost it. But that's why I put it up on here. I need to focus more on my goal..which is to be healthy. A glazed donut is not healthy. I will be better tomorrow. I will be better with the rest of my day. One day that donut won't even look good.
My muscles are feeling a little sore from yesterdays workouts. I can definitely feel it in my back muscles; top and bottom. My quads, shoulders, and hips. Today I'm working on my hammies, triceps, and glutes.
For breakfast I had a *gasp* glazed donut, grapes, oatmeal, and oolong tea. Think I'm going to do baked chicken and salad for lunch. It's 12:40 my time. See you in an hour to tell you about my workout!!! :D
