My muscles are feeling a little sore from yesterdays workouts. I can definitely feel it in my back muscles; top and bottom. My quads, shoulders, and hips. Today I'm working on my hammies, triceps, and glutes.
For breakfast I had a *gasp* glazed donut, grapes, oatmeal, and oolong tea. Think I'm going to do baked chicken and salad for lunch. It's 12:40 my time. See you in an hour to tell you about my workout!!! :D
