You do know that BMI has nothing to do with cholesterol, right? BMI tells you about weight distribution. Cholesterol is a blood serum test.

Healthy BMI rock solid safe for what? Thin people like Christine and I whom have a family history of cholesterol are worried too.. But the good news is better cholestrol tests can help us relax as are a much more comprehensive test..

www.youtube.com/watch?v=ShShLKVPtio with family history people should take the test as early as possible and get re-tested otherwise 45 to 55 years age..

Look at Christine she is not overweight and has a family history! Our thin fat family members didn't eat themselfs morbit obese- no one is safe..

Before feeling over the finished line, make sure you are safe.. Bottom line!
