I know BMI isn't the best way to track health-but for someone like me who can acknowledge that almost all of my extra weight is fat it is very exciting to see that in a month I've gone from a BMI of 35.1 to 33.7. I'm 3.7 points away from leaving the "Obese" category!
Just one more motivating factor :)
