As of this morning, my BMI is 24.9!!

My BMI was 38.5 in December 2012. After 15 years of being in the "obese" category, I'm now in the "healthy" range!! In fact, I am only 16 pounds above what I weighed when I graduated high school. Not bad for a forty-something woman!
