typical-- the doctor has me on a water pill and potassium.
I mainly control it though through my diet. I know when i eat poor choices I get the inflammation/bloat. When I make good food choices-- (yes i truly believe there are good foods and bad foods) I control it pretty well. Lots of greens, fermented foods(such as sauerkraut) and fruits. Lots of exercise to.
If it's all the time, every day, it's not simple bloating. Please see your doctor. Probably, there's a simple medication or procedure that could make you feel much better. But depending on what you mean by "bloating," it could be also be a serious problem that needs treatment. A bloated feeling is often the only symptom of ovarian cancer, for example. Or it could be a simple allergy. It's probably NOT anything serious, but you should definitely have a check-up ASAP to rule things out.
