I use to do the same thing, but when we bought our new house and furniture we decided that we would make it a rule to only eat in the kitchen or the dinning room. This has helped me a lot, because it stops that mindless eating! I want to set those good examples for my children as well. So that includes not laying in bed and snacking which is the hardest one to stick to.

Good luck! I usually blow my calories in front of the tv too so I know how hard that is.
So...I know that where I always blow my calories is in front of the TV. Whenever I take quizzes or read articles about it I always just brush it off. Its NOT something I want to give up! I enjoy it SO much! Its the most relaxing part of my day. But I decided today that I had the willpower to give it up for just two weeks. Just two. Lets see how it goes. There's a TV in nearly every room in my house so its gonna be tough!
