Breakfast :shredded wheat, banana, milk
Lunch :vegetable barley soup, no sugar added ice cream(not good, I know)
Dinner :egg, ezekiel bread, peas, orange
Snacks :2 triscuits, peanut butter, apple
Exercise :50 minutes treadmill intervals
Weigh IN :152.5
FAT % :

How do you feel today :
Ice cream wasn't the best choice, but it's the first time I measured just a half cup of it. Usually I don't and take alot more than that. So, I'll consider that a successful action;) Calories around 1330 total for today.
Way to break into the 180's Tops! Thanks for the encouragement dollface, you're doing awesome too! PP, don't worry about the poor food choice--you're obviously still doing well with your weight! SJ, did you ever try ezekiel bread? I know you said you quit cold turkey. That is what I eat on occasion. Doesn't have any flour or sugar in it, which would make me splurge if I ate regular bread. Just an idea for you:) Bard,Hendrix. and Mbehnken, way to keep at it! Any body else I missed, keep it up!!

The past two weeks have been pretty good for getting into better habits eating and exercising. Hope to keep that dedication.

Not a successful day today! No excuses! I've just made poor choices!

Breakfast : 2 cups black coffee
Lunch : Potato and leek soup with turkey breast
Dinner : 8 baked chicken wings .....and sweet chilli dipping sauce
Snacks : a glass of milk and 2 peanut butter cookies AND 6 brazil nuts
Exercise : 9NOTHING!
Weigh IN : 103.4 lbs Next weigh in 7th Feb)
FAT % : 16.9% (Next check 7th Feb)

How do you feel today :
frustrated! its a hungry day! And i did baking with my daughter!

Im about to have chips! But oven chips and weighed to portion exacting to 200 calories! So ommited the planned eggs! So still within range i allowed myself! Weee! Now i dont feel deprived and the day was still a success!!

Snacks : cashew crunch, apple with peanut butter
Exercise : stationary bike, treadmill, elliptical and Leslie Sansone , Bike everyday, every other day on the others. Weight training 3 days a week.

MSCARCHICK- Baked chicken and potatoes arent bad! Unless potatoes were fried in lard or covered in fatty dressing!

Woke up at 2.30 am last night to see to the kids (when one wakes the other usually does too!) felt peckish and ate...... chocolate! AAAAARRRRGH!

okay, so I didn't do well on the last challenge but at least I didn't give up. Will try this again. My goal for this challenge will be to lose 11.6 #. Starting weight 181.6 goal for end of April 170.0. Lets get this started!

Thanks Dolly. I upped my protein yesterday. I have to watch it, I'm always low. And I forgot to take my vitamin, wonder if that had something to do with my low energy.

PP sorry the little boy's not feeling well. How old are your kids?

I really need to jazz up my eating. I'm getting bored. So yesterday night I had a bit of a panic attack because I did something I haven't done in months. I ate bread. It didn't put me over calories, in fact I was still under, but I feel/felt so guilty. Bread was a huge problem for me. It's why I'm a chubby vegan. I love bread. emoticon I'm the sort of person whose all or nothing, so I didn't even bother trying to be reasonable and still keep bread in my diet. I just quit cold turkey. And now I'm scared I've woken the beast. I haven't had any yet today but the days not over... emoticon

Yees headache was all gone this morning! Shocking seeing as i barely slept. Daughter kept waking cuz she was having nasty dreams poor little thing!

Feeling lazy. I need to workout but have no motivation. I danced around for about 20 minutes but I didn't work up a sweat...so it doesn't count in my book. I need to do ripped in 30 and get my heart rate up today. Maybe I'll do a short spark video for 10 minutes.

SJ,I hope tracking is a habit I can keep too! I hope you find a calorie level you are comfortable with. Keep it healthy and sustainable:)

How I feel--a little discouraged with last night's calories. Had a parish dance with a wedding type meal and a few beers. Stayed away from the cake, but had over 2000 calories for the day. Hopefully, back on track today with 1100 calories.

Feeling...nervous. Last weeks calorie intake is so low. I just have no desire to hit 1200. I'll work on it. Computer is dead. Stole my fathers laptop. I freaked out when I couldn't track my calories for a minute there. I've become religious about tracking. I hope it's a habit I keep.

Home scale up so that means serious work. I did get on Wii yesterday. I will work on making it consistent. I hope everyone is doing well. Congratulations to all the losers and to all the turtles well done it is awesome it wasn’t a gain. To the gainers I know you can turn that into a loss. Look back over the week and tweak up your eating or exercise. I been there and know where I went wrong to make my gain happen. Now the scale says up so to get it to say down I need to make changes. Make the best of the week and let's see those changes. Remember if you gain look for the positive you did this week. Did you exercise awesome. Did you measurements change. Awesome. Did you give up a treat. Awesome. So look for those non scale victories too.

Yay, I finally found this challenge--took a little while, but I'm not very tech literate;) This challenge sounds awesome!! Will be leaving in April too for a vacation to Mexico, so the timing is perfect!

WEIGHT LOSS GOAL FOR THIS PERIOD = Last 5 pounds (PLUS whatever i gain on holiday! :( )

Breakfast : 2 cups black coffee (Bad i know!)
Lunch : Japanese steamed egg with minced pork
Dinner : Rice, stir fried vegetables and grilled fish
Snacks : Sugar free jelly
Exercise : 50 mins slow walk
Weigh IN : see ticker!
FAT % : 17.5%

How do you feel today :
Dehydrated!!! Havent drunk enough water today and its freezing so my skin feels awful! Must increase water intake! MUST MUST MUST!

Woo holiday!

Im off in 2 weeks as well! Will be gone for 3 weeks. But will try to check in from time to time! I bet i'll be gaining weight on holiday too!!! So i gotta get back and start again!

Breakfast : fruit (strawberries,grapes,clementine)

Feeling nauseous. I thought my strawberries were on the cusp of going bad. They were a bit squishy. Now I know they were going bad, lol. Food poisoning? I'm super excited that this challenge goes to April. April is when I have my "trip of a lifetime". I have a list of things to do before 30 and since I was little one was to see the middle east, especially Egypt. I leave april 15th for three countries. I don't want to be embarrassed to take pictures. I'll never forgive myself if I don't have a few shots of me in front of the pyramids.

HELLO EVERYONE!
Some of you were on our previous challenege thread to lose 10 lbs by end of January. That goal is now coming to an end, SHOUT OUT to everyone who put in the effort and made changes to move foward!!!

Many have lost pounds, shed fat and made healthier choices! We're all winners! We've all been successful for TRYING! So lets keep the efforts going! Slow and sustainable weight loss is the way to go! HONESTY and REALITY CHECK! Thats how we'll move foward!

This new challenge is a 3 month one ending at the end of APRIL 2013. You can copy and paste the goal check in with each post. I feel this will keep us in check when we actually put down our daily efforts. Where have we succeeded, where can we improve. Depending on how many pounds you have to lose, please set it accordingly. Remember.... SLOW AND SUSTAINABLE!
