I make a dry rub for mine. I use brown sugar, kosher salt, smoke paorika, chili powder, garlic and onion powder. You rub it into both sides of your rack of ribs. Lay them on a baking sheet with edges, like a jelly roll pan. Slow cook them in the oven at 300 degrees for about 3 hours. The meat will fall right off the bone.
Does anyone have a recipe for BBQ Ribs in the oven? I had one from Lucinda Scala Quinn, but I have lost it. I bought a rack of Baby Back Ribs I need to cook and it turned too cold to cook out. Help Please!
