Simple solution if your feeling tired is to make a appointment with your doctor and get tested.. Some people are dependant on their doctor for a annual B12 injection no matter how much they sun themselfs or take vitamin this and that.. If you have issues with your health always consult your doctor not forum boards.. If we tell you incorrect information your health suffers not ours..
If your eating milk products, protein, fish and cereals your probably covering your daily needs- so a check up if you have not done this will wipe out any anxiety issues..

The best source of vitamin D your body has is outside... up in the sky. :) Unless you have a medical condition that contraindicates sun exposure, getting out there for just 5-30 minutes a day will take care of most of your needs!
