It kind of sounds like a weird combo, but it's essentially a grain with fruit and some dairy ... where have we seen that before? Oh in every healthy breakfast shot ever used. :) It's basically cereal with fruit and milk, just tweaked a little.

I've never ever tried cottage cheese with any kind of fruit. I usually have cottage cheese with tuna (I know it's weird but they both have a lot of protein.)
I will try have to give it a try!

I threw together a half-cup serving of lowfat cottage cheese, a whole can of pineapple tidbits, and two crumbled up chewy granola bars into a single bowl. It was awesome.
555 Calories, 103g Carbs, 6g Fat, 21g Protein
In the future, maybe less pineapple and more cottage cheese would reduce the calories and carbs and up the protein.
