I find walking with someone else (with similar goals) can push you further and faster. And adding hilly walks helps build muscles you wouldn't work as hard on flat walks

Hi,

If you have a smart phone (Android, iPhone, etc), you may want to check out some walking apps. Many apps have vocie feedback which can be a huge motivator.

motivating music will do that. Just reminding yourself to walk a little faster can help.

Is there anything I can do to get more out of walking? I usually just walk a slow decent paced is there any exercises I can do while walking or a way to amp up my walking?
