We no longer have plans automatically set up in the fitness tracker, but you can use our Workout Generator to create a program based on your needs an equipment available. Here's a link:

When I started using Sparkpeople, I was able to set up my fitness tracker to automatically list specific strength training exercises to do on certain weekdays. I can't seem to find this function anymore. Does it still exist? If so, does anyone know how to set it up?
