Congratulations! Acknowledging when we make a mistakes, and TRACKING that mistake, is so important. We all do things imperfectly, but what is important is not trying to hide from ourselves what's going on. When there's a binge, tracking it helps you SEE what you're doing, and understand how it affects your body later.
You will do better, and now you have a record of it! Great job!
