Hi Jen,

Welcome back! I too am back (for the 3rd time). I've been successful every time but my brain still hasn't gotten used to the idea of it being a lifestyle change. I'm hoping it sticks this time. I just turned 40 this past September and I've decided I don't want to spend my 40s overweight like I did my 30s. Good luck! We can do it!

I'm back at it but I'm more motivated than ever before. I have to do this for me but also for my daughter. I just turned 40 and I want to feel great about myself again. I just have to do it in baby steps. So, to that... here we go again! :)
