I think she meant "115." I'm 5'1, and my goal is 120...but the "ideal" for my height is 118. So, 115 for 5'0 is totally doable. Of course, 122 is good too. I would pick one of those numbers and then allow for a +/- 5 pounds during maintenance.

Can you clarify.... you say "My ultimate goal was 15 but...." ______ what is the '15'?
Another question - how old are you? You sound quite young, and if so, you may want to talk to your Dr and see if there is something medically going on, which could be affecting your weight.

I am five foot tall and currently 142. My ultimate goal was 15 but after speaking to my mom she suggests a goal of 122-125.
