I heard Jillian Michaels say this once and I wrote it down and posted it one of my cupboards.
In that case, it becomes a choice between the candy bar and skipping it. What do I want?
In some cases (like today) it is a choice between whether I exercise or not. Do I drag myself into it and be proud in the end or do I skip it and lose the benefits? What do I want?

I saw a movie and in the movie the woman was struggling with a cheating husband and someone said to her ask yourself what you want. I like that statement. I'm still trying to answer it myself. But I know what I don't want....I don't want to lose the same 40 pounds over again and yet I am....so this time, I've got to make it stick. I've got to redo my life and learn how to live it in a healthier manner.
I want to be different...just not sure how to get there.
