I use two packets of nutra sweet in each cup (huge cup) and I have 2-3 cups per day. I manage to stay under 2000 calories 6 days a week. I guess everybody is different.

Do what works for you as we are all different! I have never had this kind of issue with artificial sweeteners. I love that I can enjoy my tea sweet the way I like it without using regular sugar, especially since I am diabetic! Maybe you need to try agave and stick with stevia or more natural sweeteners. Hello. I just wanted to share with all of you something very interesting. I have been keeping within my calorie limits (1200-1550) for many weeks. Sometimes I slipped, but got back on track right away. Over the last couple of days, though, I have experienced a nightmare. I started to eat uncontrollably, consuming about 3,000 - 4,000 per day just from endless unstoppable snacking. After much research, it hit me. Over the last week, I started turning to artificial sweeteners to make my coffee and tea sweet. I read about how those can really mess up your body's calorie count, and make you have cravings. What do you guys think?
